Millican Music Festival
Served as a consultant to this first time event, an outdoor music festival outside College Station, TX featuring Bruce Robison & Kelly Willis and Gary P. Nunn promoting Millican Reserve in October 2014. Impacted overall attendee experience, site map, security, parking (including efficient ingress and egress), fiscal controls, and VIP benefits.

Battleship TEXAS Centennial Festival
Celebrating 100 years of the ship and the crew who served her.
Promoted to project leader in January 2014 for final stages of planning and execution of this all day family friendly festival at the Battleship TEXAS featuring Robert Earl Keen planned for 20,000 attendees with the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department. Successfully led a team of 30+ individuals and organizations specializing in event logistics, stage/entertainment, marketing, transportation, and security, to name a few. Accomplished changing the team dynamic to a more cohesive, collaborative group focused on the success of the events day of and through project completion.
